Gen 2 Fighters Training
Second Generation training is now live!
Training is GFC’s version of what many other projects called ‘Breeding’, it allows a Genesis Galaxy Fighter to create a 2nd generation Galaxy Fighter which is a unique NFT that can be used to play inside the game, the training process looks like this:
1 Galaxy Fighter + 4 weapons (burned) + 800 $GCOIN = 2nd generation Galaxy Fighter
There will be a 30% GCOIN discount to the price of training in the first week from release (560 GCOIN).
The rarity of the 2nd generation Galaxy Fighter is determined by the weapons you use to train it, and unlike forging, you will be able to use a combination of both ranged and melee weapons as training ingredients. Using higher tiers weapon and OG weapons for training will significantly increase the chances of receiving a rare 2nd generation.
The Generation 1 Galaxy Fighter used in the training process will also have an effect on the rarity of the Gen 2 fighter, the stronger and more rare the Gen 1 fighter is, the stronger and more rare his students will be. Rarity of generation 1 fighters is used as a multiplier to calculate the final score which determines the rarity of the second generation fighters.
2nd generation fighters are special for the following reasons:
- On average stronger than Gen 1 fighters2.
- Ability to earn Gold Keys
- Participate in the exclusive weekly tournaments of $ETH/$GCOIN prize
- Access to exclusive Discord channel
Instead of having a second minting event for our Generation 2 Fighters like a lot of other projects, we have decided to integrate it into the existing ecosystem which ultimately returns value to GCOIN and the Genesis Galaxy Fighters. This is also our way to expand the premium userbase of our game at a healthy rate which is controlled by the supply of both GCOIN and weapons.
The minting price of training will have a 30% discount for the first week only, you can train your 2nd Generation fighters by following the instructions below.
Instructions
Step 1: Go to https://training.galaxyfightclub.com/ , and you should see this screen
Step 2: Click the “ENTER” button in the middle of the screen to go into the training interface
Step 3: You will then see this screen if you are not already on the Polygon network
Step 4: Click on the “Add Polygon Network” to add and change your network to Polygon
Step 5: Confirm the add/switch of network in your metamask/other wallet provider
Step 6: Then connect your wallet to the page by clicking the “Connect” button
Step 7: You should be able to see this interface after connecting your wallet and being on the Polygon network.
Step 8: Choose the Gen 1 Fighter you want to train with, the 4 weapons you would like to burn for training, and optionally choose whether you would like to use the vial to train.
After choosing, your screen should look at this with the “Train” button lit up.
Step 9: Click the “Train” button when you are happy with the combination for training
Step 10: If this is your first time training, you will have to approve the training contract to use the GCOIN in your wallet, since a fee in GCOIN will be charged for every training transaction
Step 11: Once you have done that, you will be prompted with another transaction. This is the one that burns the weapon, takes the GCOIN and mints the Gen 2.
Step 12: When the training is completed, you should see the following screen
Step 13: Note that it will take 7 days from the time of training for the Gen 2 fighter to reveal itself.
